Failure to adhere to this policy will lead to an immediate cancellation of your stay with no refund. There is a strict no-parties/noise violation policy enforced by the complex. Throwing a party, trashing the space, damaging the unit, disrespecting the property, or having a gathering with extra guests not reported in your initial booking will result in a $200 fine. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, an additional fee of $100 will be charged. Each checkout is allowed to have 2 bags of trash left inside the unit; each bag of trash over that is a $25 charge. Tampering with the smoke/noise detector will result in a $150 fine. Early check-ins are not guaranteed and must be requested and approved. Late checkouts must be approved; staying past the 10 am checkout time without approval will result in a charge for the next night's stay. Guests are not allowed to order mail/packages to this location. Do not enter the leasing office or talk to the property management staff; all communication must be through the booking platform. Lease violations (smoking, noise complaints, trash, etc.) will result in a $500 fine. If a key is not returned or is damaged, there will be a $35 fee for a new key. Pets are not allowed; it is a $200 fine for this violation unless they are a service animal. Normal stains and wear and tear on linens and towels are expected. If you do not see enough towels/linens upon arrival, please check the dryer.
