Smoking of any kind, drug use, or marijuana is not allowed in the unit or on the property, and failure to adhere to this policy will lead to immediate cancellation of your stay with no refund. Devices are in place to detect smoke and tampering with them will result in a $150 fine. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are not guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Guests are not allowed to order mail/packages to this location. Do not enter the leasing office or talk to the property management staff. Any lease violations will lead to an immediate termination of your reservation and a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed, and it is a $200 fine for this violation unless they are a service animal. If a key is not returned or is damaged, there will be a $35 fee for a new key. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, an additional fee of $100 will be charged. Each checkout is allowed to have 2 bags of trash left inside the unit; each bag of trash over that is a $25 charge.
