Think twice before renting here!
If you are thinking about renting an apt at this place, think twice!!! They are really nice when you rent but when your lease is over they will find a way to keep your deposit! I had my apt professionally clean and they went there and found things like hair in the floor and charged another professional cleaning. The gate on the East side is always broken!!! It takes sometimes la week to get it fixed! For the price they charge you would expect more! Also remember that above your rent you will... have about 80 dólares extra of fees they charge.

We understand how frustrating it can be when a professional cleaning doesn't yield the desired results, and so we provide... every resident with a move-out checklist of things that must be accomplished if they would like to avoid move-out charges. Often times third party cleaners hired by residents are not supplied with this checklist, and so they miss certain items. Constant Pot smell in my apartment
My apartment has smelled like pot the entire time I've lived here. I have complained about noise multiple times as well. I called on the 15th to complain about noise but got no call back because the only thing they cared about was their party on the 16th. I called tonight the 27th about the weed smell and the "courtesy officer" NEVER answers. If you are a normal person with a normal job don't live here. If you're a college kid and you want to party and don't ever need to sleep this is your spot.... Multiple times the pool has been shut down to broken glass because there's no officer here.
