Summit Apartments

I had absolutely nothing but problems with this apartment complex from the moment I moved in. My roommate and I moved out and they are trying to charge us an unfair amount of money for problems I submitted to be fixed that they were responsible for and also if you are thinking about moving here if you ever have a problem I can assure you they will do absolutely nothing to fix it. when I was trying to move out I gave them a 30 day notice 4 times and when I would go to meet with other complexes... they would tell them that I never put in a 30 day notice not only did they keep our deposit but they are charging me extra fees that I have already paid on time. There are so many bugs this place is disgusting and let alone all of that multiple times I was outside at night I would hear gun shots I got chased from around the area and people were shooting at me and I have a bullet hole in my car to prove it. Maintenance request are answered in a timely manner with good results and the property manager makes sure our property is clean and looking nice all the time. Never noisy at night. I am extremely satisfied with my new home in Jenks! Great schools and so close to everything! The staff at Summit are nice and eager to assist! I love my apartment and highly recommend them!
