Never before!!!

I’ve lived in many states, many homes, select apartments. I’ve NEVER had an experience like this. They care. They care about me. They care about my experience. They’re attentive and responsive. I’ve had a TERRIBLE long distance move; sitting at 33 days the movers haven’t delivered our things. The apartment staff created a gift basket. Not cheesy. Not cheap!! They set us up in the stages unit when OGE disconnected service without contacting us. They truly care. I’ve put in 3-4 work orders and… they show up the same day or the day after. Yes they have a smoke free clause! But ppl still smoke so let’s disregard the whole they discriminate against MID users. They do not. I’m 51, I’ve lived in 7 states. The last couple years in apartments. My experience everywhere was lacking a personal touch. I’ve NEVER experienced something like this. I won’t move. I refuse to move until I buy land and build my house. This is home. They’ve made this my home and I genuinely couldn’t be happier. Yes I’m super pissed the “professional” movers have clearly hijacked my belongings.. and that SUCKS; but hands down the BEST complex I’ve even lived in THANK YOU to the staff and maintenance crew!!! You are are amazing humans :)

You can stop looking

Not sure where to begin. This as been the best experience i have had with apartment living. The staff, Rhonda, Beth and everyone in the office have been more than a leasing company, they have been family. They took on the issues we had with professionalism and care. Treating me as if it was THEIR home that they lived in. Man, I just can't convey how much that means coming from people i met 3 months ago.
We wouldn't have gotten through this without the great attitude and understanding of the… maintenance supervisor,Tom. He made it his daily concern to make sure we were taken care of. Outstanding work ethics and great communication skills. Thank you , sir. Thank you to all the staff here. You guys make this place great. Also, worth mentioning, trash service is daily except Sunday! Never heard of that, anywhere I've lived. This place is clean, safe and quiet.

Good, Clean, and Safe

I've lived here for over a year, and this is by far the best apartment complex I've lived in. Any time I have a request, it's immediately dealt with. My packages are never stolen, all the neighbors are very friendly. It's worth the money for the quality of apartment.

Do not move here

I have had a non working washer for a month. This place has gone down hill steadily for about 6 months now. I pay extra for this apartment because it has a washer and dryer. I will not be renewing my lease.

painfull lately

after 3 months of terrible Nabors they were finally evicted. They say they have security but my apartment was robbed during the day yesterday. when I got home the door was pryed open tv guns ect were taken and carried out broad daylight. I called so called security and they never even showed up. The cops showed up with in minutes. Maint showed up quick to secure the door. lived here 5 years and it was a great place till the last several months. ---do not recomend
