The owner doesn't care about the property. He allows the managers to run it however they want. They will tell every other tenant your business, keep cleaning deposits from you, and evict you for "late rent" a day before rent is due. There are a small group of tenants that are friends with management. This is the group that decides who is allowed to stay. They have told other tenants in front of management, " you have to choose between going to your church or living here." They will harass... anyone not in their small group. They will threaten eviction if you ever call the police but if you are friends with the small group, you can be arrested for domestic abuse and keep your apartment. They will spread rumors and lies about you to try to ruin your life. Dogs of the small group are allowed to roam without a leash and bite others without consequence. All of these events have been documented by multiple people and the police were informed of them.
You would be safer living on the streets than living in this complex. I really do wonder what they are trying to hide there and amazed at how it is still open. I won't even buy from Toby's Pit Stop just down the street because that is the owner.
