Really nice place

Went with a friend to check out their apartment. The staff is amazing especially the manager I think her name is Amber or whatever it is, she knows her stuff. The apartment was very nice, clean and up to date. Keep up the good work it shows.

"Renovated" units are in terrible condition

These "newly renovated" units look awful. They really give you the landlord special here. I have a mosquito on my wall that was painted over. The baseboards are rotting, the studs are warped, the flooring is not cut right, honestly the building should be condemned.

No respect for tenants

Management sent out a text to everyone saying they would ship their packages back to the sender if they were not picked up fast enough. And they don't even notify us when we have a package. Just yesterday they attached flyers to everyone’s doors saying they are starting “VIP” trash pick up, which includes a $15 monthly charge that everyone has to pay on top of rent. You can’t opt out of it! It’s just stupid to already pay so much and have to endure this kind of stuff.

Go somewhere else. Staff is horrible

Our stay initially started off okay, however the frequent changes in management have been awful. We have moved out of state, and they have been a nightmare to deal with.

The apartments are overpriced for what you are getting-- do not take the model unit at face value. The units are not well taken care of, and management will scam you and charge you for things that were already wrong in the apartment.

This is a warning for anyone thinking about signing a lease here. The only reason we… stayed for so long was because of Dena, the old property manager. She hosted events and was personable to everyone, but she is no longer there. We have since been screwed over time and time again by the current staff.

It's great!

I love living at Post Oak. The staff is always really kind to me, and they take great care of my apartment. I love having a washer and dryer in my unit, and I enjoy riding the cart to class. The staff has always been great about giving my dogs treats, and I love that I can have my packages shipped to the office. My apartment can't get better for the price I pay.
