If I could give 0 I would

Ac broken in 100 degree weather my apartment is 90 degrees inside and its been like this I've had 3 separate complaints about the AC and I moved in a month ago

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are very sorry to hear about your experience, especially so soon after moving into your new home.

With the excessive heat warnings we've experienced recently and outdoor temperatures… approaching 110 degrees, air conditioning systems across the area are operating under an extraordinary workload. While it's not uncommon for systems to struggle to maintain normal temperature differences during periods of extreme heat, we understand that an apartment reaching 90 degrees is unacceptable and warrants immediate attention.

Our team takes every HVAC service request seriously, and if multiple visits have not fully resolved the issue, we want to know. Our goal is not simply to respond to service requests, but to ensure the problem is properly corrected.

Please contact our office directly so we can review your service history, evaluate whether additional repairs or replacement are necessary, and make sure your home is cooling as it should. Your comfort is important to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to make this right.

There’s a lot to love.

You can tell that they are doing a lot of work here. The property has changed a lot in the time that I’ve been here. In the last year, we have seen a complete 180 on the service in the office and turnaround time on our maintenance requests. The apartments are large and well priced. The laundry rooms aren’t that great, and they do have units with washers and dryers, but they were out of my budget.

DOES NOT INCLUDE WASHER/DRYER IN UNIT AS ADVERTISED

Booked a tour and went to the address they gave us in a text message which took us to a Nursing Facility a few blocks away from the actual office which we found by looking them up on Google. The phone number was headquarters so we couldn't even call to check in. Once we got there, we were told that they were renovating and so the prices would go up by the time we actually looked to move in. The website also lists some apartments as having washer and dryers in the units or having hookups… available, but we were told that there were actually none in any of the units and they only had laundry facilities.

My water heater hasn’t been working for over a month now. I can’t do dishes, wash bottles, cook dinner for my family and kids.

Worst in NW OKC

This apartment is as close as you can come to living in a condemned apartment, nothing works. The should just demolish it and use the space for something better.
