Caring management
The office staff is very kind and friendly, they take the time to listen and help with any concerns you may have, maintenance is quick to respond with any requests you have. Sheena and her staff are great and have made every effort to make the stay here enjoyable.

Say No to aspen walk!
They change management often so if you've had an agreement with one person ,get everything in writing bc it maybe someone new the next week.They are slow about fixing things . There is no matinance on weekends nor for emergency purposes ,just email communication so issues have to be addressed on the next business day.My apartment floods and I've been complaining but they've only patched things up so every time it rains it floods. I was told no matter if they fix my issue or not ,that I was still... responsible to pay my rent and no one should have to live like that at all. The best thing here is the free cable. When my lease is up ,I will not renew my lease . I don't recommend anyone to come here .

I give Aspen Walk A for moving so quickly and efficiently on making so many changes and more to come on improving our community. looking forward to ALL of the improvements completed so for now, I give them a 3.
