Disgusting
Mold everywhere. In the Walls in the ceiling. Constant flooding from, the dishwasher. Cabinets are rotten and should have been replaced decades ago. Despite some recent improvements this is an abysmal property to live at.

Nice and quiet
I just moved over here and if it's all about location, well this is the place. Very quiet and peaceful. Maintenance is on it!!! I'm very happy ??
