NO MORE THEN 2 PETS PER APARTMENT AND WEIGHT LIMIT PER PET IS 50 POUNDS OR UNDER. All pets must be up to date on their shots and documentation must be provided. Puppies under 1 year old are not permitted. These dog breeds are not allowed - Bull Terrier, Chow Chow, Lab, Pitbull, Boxer, and American Bulldog. The total pet fees are $400 per pet which is non-refundable. You will also be charged monthly pet rent of $30 per pet, which is not included in the rent price. All pets are due at time of move in. NO REPTILES, BIRDS OR RODENTS ALLOWED. This includes hamsters, rats, mice, gerbils, and guinea pigs.

Lived here in 2020, absolutely trash.
Dear lord I hope these apartments have changed to better management than when I lived here. I had complained about a mold problem in my kitchen repeatedly (complete with pictures to send to the office), and when they finally responded, the solution was to spray paint over it. I’m severely asthmatic, and they didn’t even crack a window to let the fumes out. When my shower broke, the office made fun of me in the email reply and then pretended nothing happened. The only time they actually did... anything was when it was a month before I left. Even the maintenance guy I was casually talking to was frustrated with how badly ran this complex is/was.

Positive changes happening!
Hi! Been a resident here prior to Elevate purchasing the property. I’ve always found management and maintenance to be helpful. I can only imagine how nice it will be upon the completion of the revamp. I really like my studio, it’s perfect for a single guy with two small furry roommates.
