Hillcrest Residences

I moved in about beginning of February and so far, I like it. The neighbors I have in my breezeway are super friendly and my son gets to go out and have fun playing with all the other kids. Only problem is the website says manager is always available in office, that's a lie. Everytime I call or go down to the office to one is there. When I call and leave a message, very rarely does she call back. Same for "on call emergency maintenance." I had a toilet issue and it was overflowing. I called… maintenance twice and left a message. Manager called back and asked if I had a plunger to try to unclog it. First off, if it's all bills paid, you need to come and fix it!
Second, I've called two days in a row to get my a/c working cause it gets pretty hot in my apt with the weather change, I have a low immune system and a child in the home. Again, no answer, or even a call back. Need better management!!!! Also, they say the apts get treated for bugs every month, but we've been here almost 2 and still no treating has been done! New Management have made so many improvements to this place. Its still very affordable and a nice place to live.

I'm going on to 2 years and we been having problems with roaches, mice ( I cought about a dozen of them on glue pads) and now bed bugs. My kids are getting bit on a daily and the office doesn't want to do anything about it. Other neighbors are having the same problem as well.
