Pickwick Place

There is alot of vandalism and theft at this complex. I have had my car stolen, my car tag stolen, my vehicle broken into, and my tires slashed. A friend stayed the night and his vehicle was broken into. The video surveillance is very limited. There is no video surveillance on the west side of the complex and this complex has no security guards on the property. The property management and the maintenance crew are great. I've lived in pickwick place for almost a year now, and I really have no complaints. Which is saying something because I love to complain. I live in a one bedroom one bath, with lots and lots of space for a reasonable rate. There's washer and dryer hookups in my walking closet which is nice. The employees are nice, but not too nice. Which is good because I like being able to roll up into the office in pajamas and not get judged. The main reason I chose pickwick is because they let me keep my... dog. He's 40 pounds.
