In 1 1/2 years in the same unit there has been 10 floods due to water lines breaks, neighboring unit leaks, or from the sink to the toilet. Carpet and tile have been completely ruined yet the woman in the office refuse to move us to a new unit. We’ve had countless cases of mold which took them almost 2 months to send someone and he just painted over it... our unit floods at least once every week. The office ladies are truly terrible they have no sense of urgency or customer service. This place... is truly terrible. Unit has flooded 10+ times and they refuse to move us to a new one the time is poppin off the floor due to so much water going under neat. they NEVER answer the office phone and the ladies that are in the office when you actually go in just lie and make up stuff to get you out of their hair.. haven’t went a week in 1 1/2 years without an issue with the unit.

I am moving tomorrow. SO far:
11 months with no HVAC
3 years with black mold
4.3 years with no working
3 months with BAD cockroach infestation
3 weeks with flooded bath tub (smells to high heaven)

The place is horrible and only getting worse. Lots of people are without basic services that is offered. Pool hasnt been open since I lived here. The money for repairs is going where? I stopped paying rent a couple of months ago and I get called twice a week about it so SOMEONE is in the office,... just not when you need something done.

Im just writing this review before contacting the Better Business Bureau and Owner of this complex I have lived here since Nov. 2018 and my apartment has mold that I now see they just painted over before I moved in. I never received my dishwasher in my unit as promised after I told they received now an order was never placed?! The BUGS!!!! are horrible I have called several times I have visited the office multiple times I've asked to be placed in another unit I have also ask to be relieved of my... lease. No one has been willing to help they can't seem to keep a manger and this new lady just pretty much avoids you. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! They don’t answer phones, never put in your requests for maintenance, it’s been 3 times already that I’ve left 4-5 messages for their emergency line and they won’t call back or come fix it. I HAVEN’T HAD HOT WATER IN 4 D A Y S!!!!!!!! Will not be renewing my lease here, I’m so disappointed, I’ve let a lot of situations slide but this is too extreme. Looking to see what kind of steps I can take legally because they are not putting in their part as a management office.
