Awesome!

Really have enjoyed my time here. The property is very responsive and neighbors are very kind. The homes look nice and it's very to the interstate so you can get anywhere quickly.
The staff is also quick to handle things so that's a plus.

Moved in Today :)

The landlord gave me a tour and I couldn’t pass on the concession. I applied that day and was approved. I moved in today and it was impressive how streamlined the process was. The manager has a great vibe and is extremely kind and well spoken. Keep up the great work!

Amazing Property

I just moved in two weeks ago and I am highly impressed by the great customer service and quality of the homes. The property manager has been communicative throughout the process and assisted us over the weekend. Adrian went the extra mile.
I have never experienced this level of kindness from a Property Manager, thank you for everything!

Family Place

The property is great family oriented property. My toddler has a backyard to play in and now we have a playground. Any maintenance request is promptly handled. The property manager is a great team player and I’ll be renewing!!!

Property management

I called the leasing office to ask what chemicals were being sprayed in my backyard around my garden. I was told when I moved here we could plant flowers and have a garden. I called and the manger picked up He became rude, talked over me, told me my lease is coming up and I can leave, then after he said everything he wanted to say he hung up in my face. I am veteran and disabled, I have never had an infraction or write up. My rent has been on time since I been here. If I pay this much money for… rent and I cannot call my leasing manger and explain that I don’t want my garden sprayed, there is a definite problem. At this point I would not recommend anybody to move here, the property manager we have now told a loyal customer they could move if I didn’t like what he was saying.
