Don't be fooled
Within a very short amount of time you will regret it. Many structure issues, plumbing, electrical and security issues. They are remodeling the outside to make it look appealing, they did not address the mold. I would not recommend it.
The pics posted are false, drive by and see for yourself and I believe some of the reviews are planted. Come by, don't trust the pics and don't be fooled.

Current Resident
Great location, near school, shopping and bus stop. New owners working at remodeling inside and outside of apartments. Maintenance team works hard to make sure that your issue is taken care of in a timely manner. Apartments for both 1 & 2 bedroom are very roomy. One of the few complexes that still offer full size W/D hookups. Only negative is parking. No dedicated spot for visitors so you may have to "fight" for your space. I would still recommend living here to friends.
