As for move-out expenses, we do not charge you any automatic fees and we do our best to be transparent in communication about possible charges. Reach out to us if you... believe you were unjustly charged and we would be happy to discuss these and any other concerns.

Disaster Alert!

Moved in about a month an a half ago. It has been one issue after another and most of the information provided on here is not accurate. Trash/sewer/water is NOT included (and get ready to pay double what you would pay in a house) none of the listed information is correct, the gates do not work, the parking lot floods, really REALLY bad, the roaches and spiders are terrible and we have yet to see anyone for pest control (I’ve been emailing and putting in request) there is no on site maintenance... (one guy for 3 complexes so be prepared to wait) plumbing and electrical issues, man the list goes on and on. I suggest running as fast as you can, AWAY from this place. Most of my neighbors are leaving at the end of their leases. Said this place just keeps getting worse and worse.
