This place looks bad when you pull up
Today around 12eish i pull up to this place to apply for a apartment, I know you cant go by the way the outside look but being someone new to the state to!! I would NOT live here.
the way the grounds look, tore up blinds, trash
i work to hard to pay and come home to something like that. so i never got out the car and found the same rent price 7 min away....
Y'all stay safe over there if you are look for something nice with the same prices DO NOT stop here this photo are old they should post... new one!!!!!

No second bathroom foe over a year
They fail to complete tasks. Standing water in bathtub that hasnt worked for over a year.
Exterminate once in the last 4 months. ..summer :/ ....

Bug infested
Infested with roaches and wasps, per landlord tenant act they are supposed to spray every month for bugs since it's a multi housing unit, they spray when you move in and never again. They do nothing about the bugs...

Hate it here
Infested with roaches and wasps they don't fix anything the grounds are dirty management has changed probably 4 or 5 times since I've been here they double charge late fees people steal your mail .. I wish I never moved here.

Honestly the Worst apartments.
The Mice and Roach infestation is ridiculous. They’re everywhere! No matter what you tell office personnel they’ll say “oh well we’re back to a farm”. The apartments have so many issues. Criminal rates are horrible where they allow just anyone to lease because they want the occupancy to be up.
