property is OK
it is well lit, quiet with a private storm shelter. However life there is very stressfull. the common room is equipped with cameras to monitor you and that set the tone for everything. The present manager, in my opinion is not a people person. rather abrasive and argumentative. I felt as tho , even tho I was paying rent, that I was allowed to live there as long as I did what I was told. No longer felt like home but like an institution where you were under surveillance to make sure you were... fotllowing all the rules. I had lived in other income based Senior Living facilities and therefore had an example of what is like to live in a well run atmosphere. some web sites state that there were scoial activities, there were none, that the water was paid, it was not.

Hell of a place to live management on power trip
I'm total disabled for 20 years plus I ride a scooter no balance can't stand by self have to have something to hold on to. Moved in Dec.3 2024 needed grab bars in Shower .today April 2 2025 finally put 1 bar on OUTSIDE of shower.I CANT REACH IT. UN SAFE TO TAKE A SHOWER BY SELF.
