What you see is not what you get.
The pictures online are not an accurate representation of the actual apartments. Everything is painted. Bath tub, countertops, everything.
Also, our tub has been constantly running since we moved in February. I have reported it 4 times and keep being told “they’ll be over tomorrow”. I know someone came the first time and said something needed replacing but I still haven’t heard anything else. The office manager, Janie, was sweet until we moved in, now she just seems annoyed to talk to me any... time I have to call her.
I was charged extra for electric, I was told to call OGE to get it fixed. I did and now she said I have to call their 3rd party billing partner but couldn’t give me the number.
