Majority of washers and dryers always broken in laundry room, constant flooding, abandoned shed with insulation exposed on property, garbage collection issues… I would strongly recommend not choosing this complex.

We've gotten several notices about strange small charges here and there and when i ask about it they can never tell me why. Plus our rent was disputed, we showed them what was on our lease, then a few months later they disputed it again. Will definitely be moving after our year lease is up ?? wish we had chosen a different apartment. Seems like their information isn't kept very well.

Very affordable. Never had any problems with bugs, leaks, or anything like that. Maintenance always came within 2 or 3 days of submitting a request. Never had problems parking.
One lady in the office is consistently rude, but the others are very nice. I live on the 2nd floor and the floorboards are very creaky! No other complaints. I would recommend this place to my friends.
