I lived at 111 lofts for 2 years- and it was the best living experience! Newly renovated with original Art Deco charm, and kept impeccably clean, I cannot recommend it enough! From move in, Jane and Nikki were extremely helpful. They keep tenants well informed, and truly care about our living quality. The building is secure, safe, and in a great part of downtown- you can walk anywhere. The apartment itself has high ceilings which makes the space feel larger, ample storage, and high quality... appliances, and a very large bathroom. Great neighbors & a very quiet building.

I lived in 111 Lofts for one year and it was the best experience I have ever had. The building is constantly cleaned a few times a week, issues are fixed immediately, and landlords are incredibly responsible. When the cold weather hit during the winter, they prepared a room for us in the hotel to accommodate us, and also gave us heaters for people who didn’t have ac/heat power.
Speaking landlords, Jane and Nikki are the nicest and most professional people you could ever meet. They also made... sure that we all are comfortable during COVID with setting strict rules. We were truly comfortable living in this apartment during the pandemic.
The apartment itself is very quiet with thick walls, and all home appliances are newly installed.
There are so many restaurants options within walking distance. So it’s easy to go out to the downtown during weekend busy days. You can also hop on any highways within 2-3mins drive.

My family has lived at the 111 lofts for almost a year. A really great experience. The building management is great. Attentive to any issues. Love the atrium. The apartment is very open and feels even larger than its square footage. High quality apartment and building.
