Avera Living - Memorial Apartments

No mailboxes for YEARS now, and it's impossible to get your mail. The apt manager allowed pest control to come into my apt and steal my meds without a full 24 hour notice. There are no amenities (pool and "gym" which is 2 pieces of equipment have not been available since I moved it). It smells like hard drugs in the hallway, and the hot water is lukewarm at best. My neighbors have complained of bed bugs. AVOID AVOID AVOID

We have been here since February 2024. When we first moved in the management was not helpful at all and you were never able to find them. We now have a new manager, Savannah and she is amazing. She goes above and beyond to fix any issue you may have and will actually listen to you and what you need. She wants what is best for the property and the residents. We will be renewing our lease, The people are very friendly and watch out for each other.

Leased an apartment for my daughter while attending school in Tulsa. Management did little about the dangerous tenants living in the building. Management also attempted to fine the entire complex when certain tenants were throwing trash on the ground near the dumpster. When management failed to provide evidence, they dropped the fine for our unit (only after obtaining attorney). I never missed a payment and left the apartment in great condition.
