EVICTION AFTER GIVING MONEY ORDER BUT NOT CASHED IN!!
Do NOT RENT HERE !!! I lived here August 2021-august 2022 and when I put in a 30 day notice, I was a couple days late for the last rent but it was still given to them !!! They said they’d cash in the money order to remove our remain balance which was a little over $1,200 and now my credit is jacked because I have an eviction from them owing more than $1,400!! Like how !!! And the last time I called them late last year they said they’d help out only to up the balance on my credit ! Why should I... pay the $1,400 if I gave them the money order.!!! If that was the case I could’ve kept those $1,200!!!

Shady Landlord
I put in 30 day notice like management advised only to find out 1 year later Eastgate filed an eviction on me! This was underhandedly the shadiest thing I’ve ever experienced from an apartment complex. Rent was constantly increasing yet I paid it. Water was always off due to maintenance and bill increased monthly.

MICE!!!!!!
I have been there since January and the amount of mice is unbelievable. They have destroyed my furniture and they make me pay for pest control even though the mice were here when I moved in.

MICE ROACHES MOLD U NAME IT
Do not rent here!! Hot water has been turned off over a month and everyday it’s excuse after excuse. We have mold, mice and roaches.maintenance doesn’t come fix anything!

Do not rent
Mice,roaches,mold,and water turned off monthly. Unsanitary living conditions! I have multiple pictures and have contacted better business bureau.
