I have only lived at these apartment complex for a month and a week and they’re having so so many roaches I have counted at least 20 dead and alive in the first three weeks. they had to spray my apartment twice and they’re about to come for the third time. the landlord does not care about keeping up with any of the amenities she will kind of try but she mostly is a slum landlord like many landlords on Cherry Street. they really should rename Cherry Street to Roach Street because that is majority... of what is here. The tenants that mostly live here are really unkept people. Unclean, smokers, and very high on more than pot type. It’s safer than other apts on cherry street only bc it’s so high up. But it is infested with roaches. The worst I have seen. Also, the building is falling apart. My bathroom ceiling has also fell through.

In the beginning the halls smelt so so bad; like old people and crack and cigarette smoke. She had someone mop.

...Only for me to realize that all tenants’ doors have huge gaps under their doors that she still hasn’t fixed.
Which cause the bugs to go to different apartments. And various smells to go everywhere as well.

If there are “semi”decent tenants, it’s only because they are most likely potheads and see nothing wrong bc they can smoke in their apt.

It’s not worth the deposit, hassle, or headache.
