We never have a problem getting things fixed when they're broken. But. Downsides are the parking can be spotty, there's no dish washer, and most of our neighbors don't speak english. The a/c or heaters arnt central either. It gets cool in the front room, but not all the time in the bedroom if it's real hot outside, and the same with the heat. But they do spray every two months for bugs. Another down side is you have to pay pet rent and there is breed restrictions. But the staff is friendly.
