So glad I'm home here

I was very blessed to get an apartment here.
I'm 63 and disabled. I live alone. I feel very safe because the apartments are all inside the building.
Pam and Connie in the office have gone way over what is expected to help me.
Once you get in the apartment you forget you are in a large building.
The people I have met have all been friendly.
If you are blessed enough to find an opening here grab it! I understand that doesn't happen often and I can see why.

Mom's home

My mom has lived at Quail Creek for about 5-6 years. The manager, Wanda is so helpful and friendly. She has been a good friend to my mother and family. The apartments are kept up well. They paint and clean the carpets. It is an old building and government subsidized so the rent is actually affordable and it is a bargain. Also my mom feels safe because the apartments are all inside and she knows her neighbors and they look out for each other. It has been a God send!

My home at Quail Creek Villa

I have been living here for 6 yrs. I like most things about it complex. I is a 55 and older complex so it is very safe. I would love to be able to afford to buy some furnishings and really make it homey but just don't make enough money. I pay $357.00 a month. I feel it is my home and would like to stay here where I feel like I belong..We also have a park behind our building for taking walks or watching children play ball and to just go over and have lunch in the park.

Not the greatest,

Old, gov subsidized, barely room for one, not tenant friendly, no activity. Dips in floor under the carpet. Approximately one block to trash bin. Not really that clean. Be prepared for someone to daily trip the fire alarm. I regret that I could not shop for something better.
