Riviera Apartments

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT! rude on the phone and will take weeks to fix anything that needs to be fixed! I had to look at the apartment right before I moved because I had previously looked at got leased out "just earlier." They said that the other one was exactly the same. They rented me out an apartment which was mostly clean (not entirely, I did not catch certain things when I looked at the apartment) and said "if we missed anything just let us know and we'll fix it." Except they are not half as... nice after you sign the lease. Took them a week to fix a toilet, now I wash my dishes by hand because they won't fix the dishwasher. I got the wrong stoppers in my sinks because the ones they got just look pretty. The light bulbs on my ceiling fan are all different (theres even yellow and white light bulbs)The apartments themselves dont really have bugs (not mine at least) but there are spider webs all over the balcony and hallways. They opened the pool weeks late and according to the neighbors its the same every year. The parking lot is full of pot holes that never get fixed apparently.
