Invested with roaches, and I mean BIG ROACHES! Constant water shut off! Or when there was working water it isn’t hot. I would have to boil water to bathe my 1 year old. Mailroom was broke into 3 times in my 1 year lease. I was told no deposit was required they offered a deposit through a 3rd party and you play a small monthly fee each month that would cover move out. When I moved out got charged for absolutely everything. I hung a few pictures in my apartment and got charged over $100 for… sheetrock when they could of just patches the holes. When I tried to do an application for another apartment complex, they contacted Bellevue now they are telling other the other property I was a bad tenant when i never had 1 complain, and paid rent on time. Horrible. Maintenance issues every month, never fully resolved. Hot water in my toilet, over and over, lukewarm tap water because of hot water backing up in plumbing, HVAC issues constantly that aren't resolved even by replacing the entire system. Staff are courteous and nice, maintenance staff really do try.
Entire complex is just a degraded living experience for the cost. Its not the staff's fault either, the property is just not being properly invested in by the owner.
Living without air… conditioning and have a loud window unit in my bedroom that will keep me up all weekend until they can "do something about" my HVAC issues next week and this situation has been constant, almost every other month now for 1.5 years. The apartments are too small there is no real storage space the bathroom is smaller than my closet and everything about this place just screams for new management and a complete gutting of the units and rebuild. This place was great at one point, it has just went downhill. I can’t even count how many of my neighbors feel the same way. The staff changes more than anything I’ve ever seen. Roaches eventually find you, then when you finally think they are gone, surprise they are back. The ponds are just sad, you would think they would want beautiful flowing ponds for the summer but I guess not. Cars are gone through pretty often. My upstairs neighbor has had hers gone through twice now, I’ve seen drug… traffic in and out. It isn’t as bad as some places, but it is there. The walls are beyond paper thin, and unfortunately you can’t complain against someone that is just living in their space. But you can hear every step, every conversation, the water running, the toilet flushing, the dog walking, the dog barking,
The doors opening and closing, the late night “adult” time, yeah that is a little awkward. We’ve been checking into other places in the area and after really taking our time looking, I can confidently say that there are better options around the same price. Unfortunately we came from out of state and we were told that the bixby/south Tulsa area was where we needed to be. We only looked at a few places, and this place was offering like a month of rent for free and no deposit because of his job so we of course thought it was great. I’ve lived here several years and the most recent management is a breath of fresh air! The manager, office staff and maintenance crew are all very courteous. And it’s so nice seeing the structural updates and improvements that are going on right now! The new online tenant network is very helpful in alerting us when something’s happening on the property. The location’s perfect for me and so is the price!
