I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and have no regrets. The staff is undeniably the best part of this building. They make it feel like home. Maintenance, cleaning and management are always so kind and helpful.

I love my short time at Metro. Such good people to help out Lisa, Matthew and Henry! Meeting new people through the book club. I also love the downtown vibe.

I love the sense of community at Metro at Brady. Lisa is an amazing manager who puts together happy hours and events for residents that are fun and engaging. I'm also constantly impressed with how hard maintenance works to keep the grounds clean and looking nice, and I would recommend living here to anyone who wants a beautiful apartment in the heart of the arts district.

I've had an excellent time as a resident. The building is kept clean and nicely maintained, any issues get resolved quickly, and management is on the premises and eager to help. They foster a fun supportive community here, and I am here for it!
