I've been here for about a month and so far I have nothing bad to say! The property is very clean, management has been very kind and quick to answer questions, other residents are friendly- say hello, hold doors, etc, getting settled has been pretty straightforward. In talking with my neighbors, they have all said that it's a great place and very safe! Not only am I pleased, but everyone else seems to be too!

The View has been a wonderful place to live. The building is well maintained, quiet, comfortable, and friendly. Service calls are quickly completed and thorough. The common spaces are well appointed and carefully maintained. I would recommend this building to others. It is a great place for respectful neighbors.

As much as I do love the location and amenities, I didn't appreciate the inconvenience of not being able to get back to my apt. on MLK day because of the parade after running morning errands. Also, the noise is a major issue withstanding a neighbor who has been reported to security several times about bringing home the bar between 2-6am with loud music and loud people The neighbor still is a tenant and just doesn't have any respect for anyone but himself. Don't get why there's a lease if the… tenant isn't complying.
