If you don't mind living with roaches live here

I live with roaches all over this Apt. Actually this whole building has them. They showed us a renovated apt and when we moved in wasn't renovated. A.c didn't work moved in end of July finally had AC fixed in Oct, then heat didn't work until Jan Feb. Roaches everywhere.. management could care less. Compare other places because most places don't have many apts available. Look at the availabilities here, there are so many more because people are starting to read the reviews and even talk to... residents. Not the residents that management might send your way. Not trying to make these Apt look bad, trying to let people know what really is going on. Hopefully you do get a renovated apt because either way you will pay the same rent .. with or with renovation vs run down same rent

Do not wait for anything, call repeatedly

Tried to get an apartment here, did all the necessary paper work and went through their online bit for it, I've even paid them the first months rent and first payment of the deposit after getting off the phone with them however I've been ghosted and lied to after that point, saying that I was given misinformation and that theyll get me an apartment. Its been 3 months since then and they still refuse to give me a refund for the promised apartment.

Bait and Switch

I was told I was approved for a townhouse. They had me pay $250 for a lease addendum and reassured me more than 5 times - on multiples on occasions - that a townhouse would be ready for me on March 1st. I get a text today, 2 weeks before, with a typical bait and switch tactic. Informing me that they don’t have what they already approved me for and reassured me multiple times I’d have wasn’t available and wouldn’t be any time soon. I called them out on the bait and switch. I have attached the... absurd text they sent me with the bait and switch. They refuse to give me any money back and also refuse to give me the district manager’s number - which I now have. Absolutely bull and I cannot believe the audacity.

Rip off

Lived here a few years ago. Washer/dryer started not running the dryer. Took them months to tell me they are waiting on a part. I know a guy so I reached out to see if I could fix it myself. He tells me they don't make that part anymore because it's so old. The serial number from the manufacturer confirmed it was a 20+ year old model. When I moved out they charged me for the unit saying it was "new" and "beyond normal use"... The staff is nice as long as you don't expect them to do their jobs

Horrible Apartments

First off, they don't have laundry on site. They are all closed and broken, and have been for months. Also it's 15 dollars a month pet fee not 10, I know because I have to pay that. The maintenance here is horrible. I went all winter without a heater and my AC doesn't work either. Maintenance doesn't care and neither does the office.
