People’s pets run loose, the parking lot holes will ruin your car, it’s not safe to have packages delivered and even the letter boxes get broken into. You will know everyone’s business in the complex because they scream it at each other. “Condo association” doesn’t do anything for the outsides of the buildings and they’re falling apart. We were told by an exterminator that our bug problem would never truly go away because they’re in the walls of the building so every condo has them. “Security... gate” hasn’t worked since I moved in a year ago. The stairs aren’t properly connected to the building and are broken and dangerous. There’s a reason why when you try to report things to the police they just go “oh you live there”.
