Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is before 11 AM. Late check-out may be possible with advance notification and approval. Any type of smoking is prohibited inside the unit or building, and violating this policy will result in a $150 service call and $200 cleaning fee. There is a strict no-party policy, and the number of guests will be checked at the front door. Exceeding the number of guests specified in the reservation may result in immediate cancellation without refund. Guests must be 25 or over to check in, or 18 for reservations of 7 nights or more. Guests are required to provide their names, ID details, and vehicle and license plate numbers (if parking is required) to condo management prior to arrival, including a selfie with their ID as an anti-fraud measure.
