This apartment has a strict no-party policy; the unit is equipped with video surveillance at the front door only and a noise detector to monitor guest numbers and noise levels. Violations may result in immediate reservation cancellation without refund if the number of guests exceeds the reservation limit. A no-smoking policy is enforced throughout the unit and building; the unit is equipped with a remote smoke detector.
