A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Check-in and check-out times are mandatory, unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance and only if it does not disturb upcoming guest reservations. A $100.00/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 11 am. Please contact the host directly for any maintenance and/or repairs. Shoes are to be left by the front door and not to be worn throughout the inside of the house. The washing machine should be used conservatively, and only a quarter of liquid detergent per full-sized load is necessary. The washing machine door should be left slightly open to allow the machine to properly air out and avoid molding.
