The bathroom is equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and other toiletries. The apartment features floor-to-ceiling windows, an open-concept layout, and two entrances: a private entrance directly from the street with a private terrace, and a second entrance from the building.
Guests have access to the building's gym, indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. Paid underground parking is available upon request for $20 per night (or $10 CAD if booking 15 nights or more), with in/out privileges. Pets are allowed in the apartment, with a fee of $10 per night for one pet, and a maximum of two pets per suite, each not exceeding 35 lbs (15kg). A travel crib (for babies 0-18 months) and bed rails are available for $5 per item per night. Login and password for Netflix are available upon request.

The unit is equipped with video surveillance only at the front door and a noise detector. Any parties or exceeding the number of guests specified in the reservation may result in immediate cancellation without refund. Smoking of any kind (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the smoke detector is triggered or the smell of smoke is detected, the reservation may be cancelled immediately and a $150 service call and $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are required to provide their names, ID details, and vehicle information (if parking is required) to condo management prior to arrival. A selfie with ID is required as an anti-fraud measure. Guests whose names or IDs do not match the provided information will not be allowed into the building.
