The minimum age for booking is 25 years, or 18 years for reservations of 7 nights or more. Check-in is after 4 PM and check-out is before 12 PM. Late check-out may be possible with advance notification and approval. Guests must provide their names, ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (if parking is required) to condo management prior to arrival. A selfie with a valid ID is required as an anti-fraud measure. Guests whose names or IDs do not match the provided information will not be allowed into the building. There is a no-party policy, and the unit is equipped with video surveillance at the front door and a noise detector.
