Paid underground parking with in/out privileges is available upon request for $25 per night, or $15 per night for bookings of at least 15 nights. A travel crib (for babies 0-18 months) and bed rails are available for $5 per item per night.

If the smoke alarm is triggered and the smell of any type of smoke is discovered, the trusted partner has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you a $150 service call and $200 in cleaning fees. If the number of guests exceeds the number specified in the reservation, the trusted partner has the right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund.
