If the smoke detector is triggered, your reservation may be cancelled immediately, and you may be charged a $150 service call fee and $200 cleaning fee. Guests must be 25 or over to check in, or 18 for reservations of 7 nights or more. Guests' names and ID details, along with vehicle and license plate numbers (if parking is required), must be provided to condo management prior to arrival as an anti-fraud measure, including a selfie with ID. Guests whose names or IDs do not match the provided information will not be allowed into the building. Netflix login and password are available upon request.
