Great apartment, spacious and well maintained. Loved the fireplace and often used the gym and my children loved the pool in summer. The staff were always friendly and helped us with a difficult transition from the U.K.

I am extremely pleased with my experience of living at Avana Birch Pointe, and I am just coming up on finishing my first month here! The staff are so incredibly kind and welcoming which I find to be extremely rare these days, especially during my recent apartment search. They are all very informative and beyond personable. It is such a wonderful feeling to be recognized and greeted by your first name, especially as a new resident in a large apartment community! The layouts and floor plans feel... incredibly homey, and the grounds are kept so clean. I'm very happy this became my new home!
