These people are doing it right!

Center Pointe has been the best apartments I have lived in by far! I grew up moving from apt to apt and have seen/had my fair share of horrors. It has been about 3 months since we have moved here and have nothing but good things to say.
The area is quiet but close to transit, with several nature trails to walk/explore. The office staff and maintenance are friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have and willing to find the answer for you. They have community get togethers, local… businesses come to host the tenants with amazing food, the park and pool are regularly maintained even when closed for the season!
We did have a issue with our washer and dryer when we moved in, (the things were ancient, like from 2006 lol) and maintenance had brand new ones ordered and replaced within a week! They kept us in the loop and were so sweet to try and be quiet while I worked from home while they installed the new appliances. These guys know how to treat their tenants with respect and kindness.

Loving it here

My partner and I moved into Center Point just a month ago and are absolutely loving it. The apartment itself is amazing, but above that the staff has been wonderful- from the front office to the maintenance and landscaping crew. In such a short time of us being here there's been events planned for the residents which is really appreciated. We're looking forward to the next year of living here!

Great place to live!

We have been at Center Pointe for a little over a year and have had a great experience! All of the employees at Center Pointe are so kind and helpful. We like the location and are close to many things in Beaverton. Would recommend!!

Convenient Location & Friendly Staff

I have lived at Center Pointe for over a year. I love the layout of my 2BR apt and all the office & maintenance staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Whenever I submit a request for support it's always taken care of promptly.

Nice location, helpful management

We lived at Center Pointe for a couple of years, and the staff was always super helpful. Very good maintenance team. It's a pretty quiet area, and we felt safe there. The management even helped us with a couple of requests after we moved, for which we are very grateful.
