Moved here from CA, and it couldn't be better. Just signed for another 12 months. Right off the freeway (zero freeway noise), with restaurants and shopping all over. Grocery store a 3 minute walk away. Could not be any pet friendlier. My dog loves it as much as I do. Amazing staff and maintenance crew. Have not had one single issue. Highly recommend.

My experience at Eddyline has been nothing short of amazing. The staff are extremely warm, welcoming, and friendly. They have always been eager to help with any questions that have arisen during my time living here and are genuinely interested in making this community feel like home. The few times I have utilized maintenance they have responded quickly and completed the necessary tasks efficiently. The property is very well maintained and nestled in a cozy and quiet part of Tualatin surrounded... with trees. A special thank you to Nick, Hunter, and Emily in the office for all their hard work. You are very appreciated!

Eddyline has been an absolute pleasure! Being from overseas, it’s really humbling to see people so accommodating and helpful! Nick and Alex have been so great helping me through everything! They are the go to people for Eddyline/everything!! 10 out of 10 recommend to anyone looking to live in such a wonderful community!!

We have enjoyed living in Eddyline tremendously. The apartments are well appointed with great sound barriers. The property is safe and well kept and the facilities are great. We love the pool, fitness center and game room. Proximity to Whole Foods is amazing. And the staff is so nice and helpful.
