Harrison Tower is quiet, clean and very chic considering its mid-century modern history. the Maintenance gentleman - Richard, Michael and Ben drop what they are doing to take care of a myriad of duties for the tenants - amazing guys. Mike fixed my bathroom floor and the flaw in the floor disappeared. Richard fixes my drain 20 minutes after I submit a work order - 20 minutes I swear they are the best. The building is cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The office girls are friendly... and kind. the maintenance guys are just simply top notch. Well just so you know, I had a door slamming next door neighbor and the guy would leave his apartment 3-4 times a night, all after midnight and slam the door that was on the wall that my bed was against so it would wake me up EVERY - SINGLE - TIME. The building and community is clean, pet friendly and in the perfect location for my purposes. The staff here - they are great -- from the boys: Mike Mike, Michael and Richard to everyone in the front office the experience is easy peasy and I really don't have to sweat anything. Sky from front office proved today just HOW FABULOUS they are - I found a house cat hiding by my porch, she alerted the community and cat and cat person reunited. Seriously, who cares like that?? We recommended Harrison Tower Apartments. They have nice living environmentsas a whole. When we ask many complicated questions and requests to Tim at front office, he support us quickly and kindly solving problems! Sky at front office provides plenty informations about Portland. Their work is perfect. Moving in Harrison Tower Apartments in this week, residents we met are so friendly.

I recommend living here for a multitude of reasons: Some are a great facility with sizable units, friendly staff that is always happy to help with any request, a good location in the city that isn’t too overwhelming/noisy, and lastly great views in all units with ample natural light for those who need it.
I have lived here for about a year and have had no complaints.
