Going on year 3 and love it!

The views are amazing, the layouts are great, love the amenities, but it’s really the staff that makes it brilliant! The maintenance team, Michael, Richard, and Ben are remarkable. They go above and beyond and take pride in their work. Their work ethic is something you don’t always see in Portland. The office staff is so sweet, thoughtful, and helpful. Sky, Rebecca, and Michelle are always friendly and willing to help. They put on fantastic resident gatherings and really show they care. I have… met some wonderful friends in the building making it even better. I feel lucky to have found such a wonderful home!

Highly Recommend

Renewing for our fourth year! Front office staff are always hospitable, and striving to make our building feel safe and like a community. Mike, Richard and Ben are knowledgeable, efficient, and incredibly patient with our puppy. We also appreciate that the building grounds are always clean and well maintained.

Cannot recommend this place more

Harrison Tower is quiet, clean and very chic considering its mid-century modern history. the Maintenance gentleman - Richard, Michael and Ben drop what they are doing to take care of a myriad of duties for the tenants - amazing guys. Mike fixed my bathroom floor and the flaw in the floor disappeared. Richard fixes my drain 20 minutes after I submit a work order - 20 minutes I swear they are the best. The building is cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The office girls are friendly… and kind. the maintenance guys are just simply top notch. Did I mention the maintenance guys LOL just kidding but do you know how rare it is in a city this size to have guys actually address and solve the problems!?!

This is the best place to live

Well just so you know, I had a door slamming next door neighbor and the guy would leave his apartment 3-4 times a night, all after midnight and slam the door that was on the wall that my bed was against so it would wake me up EVERY - SINGLE - TIME. These guys here at Harrison Tower solved my problem, silenced the door and made it so I can sleep...keep in mind the door is SILENT...something technical I don't get but SEAN and RICHARD and BIG and LITTLE MIKE fixed my problem like POST HASTE!! I am… always eternally grateful and now I may never leave --

Been here FOUR YEARS + and its a GREAT PLACE

The building and community is clean, pet friendly and in the perfect location for my purposes. The staff here - they are great -- from the boys: Mike Mike, Michael and Richard to everyone in the front office the experience is easy peasy and I really don't have to sweat anything. Sky from front office proved today just HOW FABULOUS they are - I found a house cat hiding by my porch, she alerted the community and cat and cat person reunited. Seriously, who cares like that?? These folks do. My… experience only gets better.
