Lease Term: One year

Pet Policy: Up to 1 pet may be allowed (dogs up to 25 lbs), but must be approved by Owner/Agent on a case-by-case basis. There is an additional pet deposit of $500 and pet rent of $25/month for each approved pet.

Utilities: Tenants are responsible for power and internet/cable if desired. Owner/Agent pays for water/sewer and refuse service and are charged a $100 fee/month for these utilities.

Landscaping: Tenant is responsible for landscaping and exterior care.
