The apartments is horrible, especially for families!. they're removing back decks on the upper level units and raising rent on those residents, the management claims you can't let children take the trash out or wash your car in the parking lot, you cant use the cold water spickets either, according to management the cold water that runs from them will raise the complex building water bill, if you use the spicket on the top level unit, it will cause water to run down the bottom neighbors back... patios sliding glass doors, the management claims the spickets was installed wrong causing water to back up into the washer and dryer hook up causing black mold to grow in units, then after removing the top level units back deck and storage area the residents have what looks like hoarding trash piles on the front porch making the complex very unappealing to renters.

If you plan on moving in to becon crest with a family think twice, this place is no home to raise children. Read More
