Total deposit will not exceed 1.5 times the gross rent.
PARKING
Each unit has one assigned parking space. Additional parking is available for $35/month.
Complex includes garages to rent for an additional $150/month. Residents are allowed to have a portable A/C device that vents through the window - but no A/C that sits on the window ledge is allowed.
