The Weidler

There is a problem with resident privacy and security in the building. They used the Door App for access to the building and units and I mistakenly was given access to another resident's unit for months. This means anyone else I had given access to also had access to a stranger's unit which is very scary! I let the office know this several times and they never did anything about it.
When I moved out they tried to charge me large fees for cleaning and painting even though the apartment was in... good condition and I had not painted. It was overall a really negative experience. Read More

The process for the tour and move in was very smooth, with a lot of help from the staff at every point. They made the decision for choosing an apartment easy, and answered questions very quickly. The apartments are very well maintained and even a small studio is spacious and affordable. Great place so far!

I’m happy with my decision to live at the Weidler! Overall this apartment checked al the boxes on my list. It’s in a great location, I love the full sized washer and dryers in unit and the property team is super friendly and helpful.

It’s been three months since I moved into Weidler, and I’ve really enjoyed living here. I’m pretty picky when it comes to apartments, but this place has exceeded my expectations. I love the simple aesthetic, the community, and the apartment itself. I ended up with a great unit and a view that I really enjoy.

Joy made the entire leasing process easy and stress-free, especially since this was my first apartment. She has continued to go above and beyond whenever I’ve needed assistance, and I truly... appreciate that level of care and professionalism.

While I haven’t interacted with Mason as often, every time I have, he’s been communicative, helpful, and accommodating. It’s clear that both Joy and Mason care about the residents and take pride in what they do.

Overall, my experience at Weidler has been excellent. I’m very happy here and look forward to staying for the foreseeable future. I wanted to move into an apartment that was within walking distance of my work. My requirements were to be in a safe area with personable staff and reliable appliances. Everything is in tip top shape and Mason and Joy are on point with their communication and smiley personalities. I appreciate the little events they host monthly and being able to communicate my needs to them via text. My studio is just the right amount of space and my apartment is surprisingly quiet despite being surrounded... by people.
