Won’t return my deposit
I moved the 735 apartment in June of 2022. At that time, the building was managed so well. The spaces were nice, there was a rooftop you could use that had a grill and seating looking over downtown Portland. Maintenance was quick and always solved my reported issues. I lived there until October 2025. The management had changed multiple times during my time there, and since leaving I have still been fighting them for my deposit return. I would never recommend this complex.
