How Is This Rating Determined?

Best and worst in some areas

What does yard do that is rarely seen in other apartments? The building is mostly concrete so noise is non existent, the only noise you are bound to hear is from the hallway. The lack of sound is really the best thing about this place. What does it do badly? Ask anyone who has lived here longer than a few months and they will tell you that the parking garage is a nightmare. I've been hit 2 times in 1 year in this garage, it is so tight that if you own a large vehicle your life will be hell every... time you leave or return.
